P.S.A.P aims to engage the Innate Human Sensory capacities and challenge Conventional Thought Patterns.
We use master craftsmen to give form to our vessels; all our pieces are sketched and made by hand in our 3 Forks-Lab workshop.
Each piece can present slight variations in response to our philosophy. High gastronomic value, exclusive pieces, customizable and quite different from ordinary tableware.
Our pieces are a response to the complex requirements of haute-cuisine tableware, and to our need for multiformity.
we are exploring how architecture, design and art can be used to help people reimagine their relationship to food. The aim of P.S.A.P is to shape the future by inventing it, through experimentation together with an audience.
Our goal is to design the interaction between the hosts, guests, and objects in relation to the gastronomical experience and not to deliver individual, industrial objects.
Food – Space – objects = an intimate choreography for guests to enjoy.
is part of our creative freedom, and one of our very crucial pillars of exploring architecture & design to help us creating through limitations our new dishes.
